🍎 Apple Pay - available for all Stripe connected Accounts
Did you know that Google Pay is on automatically when you connect Stripe? You might not see it, but it will appear for the users who have Google Pay setup on their devices.
Apple Pay is a little more annoying to configure, because you have to add a domain to Stripe that is authorized for Apple Pay.

↪️ Fees & Taxes as a line item 🏁
This is a basic version, but provides an effective way to add an extra fee or tax line item for each package. We've had this feature for some time, but you can now toggle it on/off under Accounts -> Payments.
You'll also now be able to change the label on the invoice. Change from the default "Fees & Taxes" to anything you prefer, for example: "Booking Fee"!

↪️ Allocations Adjusted 😅
We've had a few glitches with chip away + catchup payments and allocations across group members. If you know what I'm talking about, you'll be excited to see these changes! If you don't know - skip this one!
- Before we weren't being smart enough about allocating payments across all the overdue payments when chip away was being used - you should now see proper allocation where there was previously an overallocation applied.
- Allocations of $0 will now be shown to help troubleshoot - when there is an allocation against an installment, the reminders are not sent. Now you'll be able to see this in Manage Payments.
- Negative allocations will show as greyed out (refunds) in Manage Payments

💳 Make a Charge + Save Card (Stripe Only)
When a client calls with their credit card, don't write it down!
Enter it into the Make a Charge and save it for future use. Now you can:
- Charge the card saved by your Travelers
- Save a card for Planner use
- Save a card for Planner & Traveler use
- See which Travelers have a saved card from Manage Payments table:

Bugs & Enhancements
- 🐞 9083 - Preview did not switch the amount to be paid when switching packages. FIXED
- 🐞 9110 - Handle case when missing Main Contact when calling Create Trip API
- 🐞 9090 - Planner Update Trip was not fitting in a mobile view. FIXED
- 🐞 9100 - The message shown when adding an existing Trip Coordinator to another trip was inaccurately indicating they would be added as a Co-Planner. The message is now correct.
- 🐞 8971 - Refunds via Stripe sometimes resulted in incorrect allocations. FIXED
- 💪 9027 - Leading and trailing white space is now trimmed for First and Last Name in registration forms to avoid those annoying extra spaces that are so often added by our phones when we fill out forms.
- This will improve search results in Trip CRM
- This will avoid the awkward personalisation: "Jen , thanks for your payment"
- 💪 8972 - The billing email address shown in the popup for Credit Card payments can no longer be changed to something different than the registered email. This is to ensure data integrity between YouLi and the gateway - so you can be sure to match payments to people in case of any issue.
- 💪 8922 - The word "Cuba" is now being stripped from any payment description passed to the credit card gateways - so you can include it in your trip name without worrying it will be included in the payment description
- 💪 8897 - Show balance due date in Checkout Flow when there are no instalments on the trip. Previously there was no date shown. For example:
- 💪 8758 - Pass information in the NewRegistration webhook to indicate that the new registration is actually a transfer from another trip - read the API docs for technical details. Contact us if you need consulting on using our APIs and Webhooks to keep 3rd party systems in sync.
