⚠️ Send Alerts based on Government Advise
Currently integrated with smartraveller.com.au for Australian government advise.
We are now weeking client sponsors to work with us to integrate other government advisory feeds.
When Duty of Care is activated in your account, you can define a tag or tags that enable government advisory alert emails to be sent to your travelers.
It is always recommended to subscribe to the alerts provided by your government for travel, but not all travelers do this. To provide assurance that your travelers have been notified of relevant updates, you can enable this feature for them.
- They get notified.
- You have the peace of mind to know your compliance requirement is covered.
Example Email Alert
Similar to other YouLi triggered emails, they will be branded to your account and your trip. The content of the message will be based on the advisory that triggered it.
In this case, a China update has been sent.
This message was sent to the traveler "Jen" because she's on a trip that is scheduled to go to China in the future. She can now click to learn more from the government website (smartraveller in this case) or to "View my trip" to check on her itinerary and see any updates.
These messages are automated for any trips with alerts enabled. Your team will also receive an alert and can adjust the trip and send personalized messages based on whether the alert requires changes to the itinerary.
