✅✅ Allow completion of Tasks for Everyone in the Booking
ALL PLANS
You love the "group within groups" feature we call Invitation Groups, and now it just got better!
Your Travelers will now see the option to "Also use this response for: [companion name]"
If they check the box, then they don't have to complete the task again if the information is the same. See example below:
This option only shows when people are in an invitation group. So solo travelers won't see it.
TIP: Encourage your Travelers to use this for their Flight Details task when everyone in the booking is on the same flight. You can update your Task instructions to mention it.

💌 ▶️ Licensed Users can always Send Messages from Themselves
(even if they aren't Listed as a Contact or don't have the configured account domain)

Previously, if a user was allowed to Send Messages but was not Listed as a Contact, they could not send from themselves (only from the Main Contact).
They will now have the option to send from themselves.
REQUIRES CUSTOM ROLES: You will need to setup Custom Roles for these users, as this feature does NOT apply to the free Co-Planner/Trip Coordinator roles
Use this when you have Group Leaders who are not contacts but should still be able to send. Combine with Custom Roles to allow them to Send on Behalf of Others (or not!)
If you have White Label Email Sending - the email will still send FROM your configured domain for email authentication reasons, but the FRIENDLY FROM and the REPLY-TO will be the user who has sent the message.

📚✏️ Edit Templates permission linked to Edit Library
When defining your Custom Roles, the "Edit Library" permission will now include "Edit Templates" so you can grant or remove permission together to your responsible team members.
TIP: Use this when you have a larger team where some people can edit individual trips but not manage the Template or Library content.

📚📝 Planner Notes for Content Library Items
These will now show in the Library to help you distinguish between variations of the same item.
TIP: Use this if you have different Itinerary items in the library for different seasons but the name of the item is the same.
KNOWN ISSUE: When editing the Planner Notes in the Library Items, the list view doesn't update right away - reload to see the new notes. Fix coming next month.

Warn users when making a charge to a saved card if the initial payment was made by selecting an alternative currency. If the charge is made it will be in the TRIP CURRENCY.

A new way to manage more complex bookings.

- #10959 - Trip header was losing the Main/Pre/Post information when saving certain forms. FIXED!
- #10960 - The button styles to ADD OPTIONAL TOUR and ADD ROOM have been swapped to emphasize the ADD OPTIONAL TOUR
🛏️💯 Room Level Inventory - Enhancements
When you need to manage individual Rooms instead of just Packages.

- #10958 - Denominator (total available rooms) for Package inventory on Pricing tab now pulls the count from the Room Level Inventory
👐 Affiliate Profiles
Our new way of managing Affiliates that allows a complete profile, with multiple logins and the ability to invite them to individual trips is almost ready!
This update we're adding the ability to:
- Users with 'Edit' access can view the list of Affiliate Profiles and click to Edit things like:
- Logo
- Travel Insurance URL
- Users with 'View' access can view the Affiliate Profiles
💪🐞 Bugs & Enhancements
Thanks to everyone who submitted issues, we love making things work!
- 🐞 10863 - Sometimes Travelers could submit an invalid date via the registration form: FIXED!
- 🐞 10464 - SEND TEST for Automatic Late Fees was not working. FIXED!
- 🐞 10966 - HTML description editor was disappearing after saving the page. FIXED!
- 🐞 10949 - Search People now returns matches for all string lengths (and isn't new anymore)
- 🐞 10940 - Copy Trip actions were failing on Trips with names between 81 and 100 characters. FIXED! (those names might be too long 😜)
- 💪 10964 - Do not show a range of prices when package is Max Occupancy = 1
- 💪 10461 - Do not allow adding of Highlights from Library as Itinerary items and vice versa - this is to ensure a consistent experience with items added from the Library. If you don't see an item you expect, maybe try adding it as an Itinerary or Highlight instead.
Techy fixes: - 💪 10921 - Planner notes from Manual Payment are now being sanitized properly
- 💪 10995 - new GetFlightTicketBooking endpoint will return an error when the record is not found instead of a 404.
- 💪 6383 - Refund Protect removed from Email Templates (tech-debt)
- 💪 10790 - Making it clearer for Admins to Block/Allow Public Trips + Send Message

- 🐞 10952 - Edit Affiliate Profile Insurance URL task was failing. FIXED!
- 🐞 10986 - Trips I Can Sell for Affiliates links are now linking to TripCRM to avoid permission errors.
- 💪 10928 - Do not allow people to have an Affiliate source without a value selected
- 💪 10864 - Further Affiliate reports optimizations
- 💪 10994 - Affiliate Report column heading clarified to say "Package Price" instead of "Balance Due" (which was incorrect)
