What is a Custom User Role?
These are users that can access your trips on the backend (as a Planner) but with a limitation on what they can see:
- Limit which trips based on the Trip tags or Explicit Trips
- Limit what features/data they can see (full list here)
- Limit the YouLi support they have access to (reduced license fee)
They can access the trips you choose at the level that is right for your business
Does this require Platform White Label Domain (PWLD)?
It is not required, but it is strongly recommended.
How are Custom Roles different from Standard Roles?
YouLi allows you to invite collaborators using Standard Roles of the YouLi platform to help you with your trips. You can read about these roles in detail,
How many roles can I have?
As many as you need! And you can label them whatever you like as well.
Name your Custom Role
You can provide your own name for the role, for example:
- Guide
- Host
- Group Leader
- Accounting
- Accommodation Group Leader
- Teacher
- Ground Operator
- Analyst
- whatever makes sense to your team!
