🔢 Waitlist option Per Trip

Time to make it easier to manage sold out packages.
You'll be able to enable Waitlist option per Trip when using the inventory feature (max bookings) or the Min/Max people feature.
When the Package or the Trip is SOLD OUT, people can join the waitlist and will show in your TripCRM with a status of "WAITLIST" so you can change them to "REGISTERED" if spots become available so they can book and complete their full registration form.

🔢 Rooming Lists - manage Named Rooms

Visually see your rooms across packages and give them names so you can generate structured rooming lists to send to suppliers.
This is a simpler version of our Enhanced Accommodation Items where you can manage room blocks and roommate allocations differently per hotel (great for student groups where the room configurations change from place to place).
🔢 API to make manual payments from external gateways
We will be publishing an API and Zapier Action to allow you to update a particular person with a payment.
Advanced options:
- Payments allocated across the invitation group dynamically
- Payments applied to specified installments
Payment allocations can get messy, but we help you with Smart Allocations
🔢 Reservations: Book more than one Room in Checkout
Right now YouLi supports a single room per checkout, so if you need more than one of the same type (package) or different packages in the same checkout session then you need Reservations.
