🗑️ Permanently delete archived trips - (some of) you have the power

When used: THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE

Once a Trip or Template has been Archived, you'll now have the ability to permanently delete them.  This allows you to comply with Data Retention rules in your region more easily.

Only Team Owners (not Team Admins) will be authorized to delete Archived Trips and Templates. This is to reduce the chances of accidental deletion. An email notification will be sent to the Team Owner account confirming the permanent deletion of this trip.

This is a new Role Based Access Control that can be granted to other Custom Roles based on your business needs. 

WARNING: If you are copying new trips from old trips then there are some images that are not duplicated - so if you delete the original trip, then your copied trips will have missing images.

We strongly recommend using Templates and the Content Library for items and images that you use over many trips to avoid having this issue.

 

NOTE: We now offer a Global Image Library option for Enterprise customers to manage images at the account level instead of the trip level. If you're interested in this feature, reach out to your Account Manager.

 

😎 Creating Trip from Template - Pick your Date

It used to be that creating a Trip from a Template meant you had to take a second step to change the dates.

NOW: Enter the dates you want for your new Trip and it will be created with those dates and items adjusted to match the new start date. Your new trip will open automatically.

One less step! 👏

 

 

🔢 Configure BCC email to send a copy of all messages to your CRM

Requires White Label Email Sending (WLES) to be configured on your account.

YouLi is a great TripCRM, but it's not a full featured marketing and sales CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce. Now you can easily keep your company CRM in sync with all the messages that have been sent to your Travelers.

Simply add a BCC email address under SITE SETTINGS and a copy of all messages sent from YouLi using your White Label Email Sending domain will be blind copied to your CRM.

This will automatically be added to any messages sent automatically.

Any SEND MESSAGE popups will default to include this in the BCC field.

WARNING: Remember that the email address configured for the WLES must be linked to your CRM in order for the CRM to include the BCC content in the right account.

Here's how to do this for Hubspot (each CRM is different)

🆒 Room Blocks - letting your Group Leader edit ONLY allocations (not the room block definitions)

You'll now have the ability to invite Group Leaders to edit the room allocations ONLY. Previously this also included the ability to edit the room block definitions, now this can be split as needed for your business needs.

🛡️ Security: Traveler Planner Notes cannot contain credit cards

As part of our commitment to keep you compliant: we now restrict the data entry on Traveler Planner Notes to block Planners from entering a credit card due to the security risks. 

We strongly discourage the saving of a credit card in a way that your team can view the full card number as it requires PCI compliance. Instead we recommend you use a gateway like Stripe to store and use the card. 

We do not provide services to store credit card authorization forms. There are platforms who do, but as we do not recommend this usage (as it increases your compliance requirements), we cannot recommend an alternative platform.
