In this behind-the-scenes YouLi product update, we walk through some of the powerful features many group travel organisers do not realise are already available, or coming soon, including deck plans, Duty of Care, flight tracking, pre and post trip checkout flows with multiple rooms in the same reservation, multi-party payments, flight booking integration, and supplier payment management.

You’ll see how YouLi helps group travel businesses:

Focus Features in this Update:

💪 All Things Mobile Apps

If you are using our YouLi branded mobile app, you now have a bit more control:

• Whether it appears as a link on the menu and header
  • Removing the link does not remove apps from people's phones, just means they won't be directed to download it from your trip.
• What words are used (default is "Load in App")

Configure these options under Update Trip > SETTINGS > TRIP PAGE MENU LABELS

White Label Mobile App

If you have one of our White Label Mobile apps, you'll now have the same control, and now the TRIP PAGE will show a popup with links to your app in the Google and Apple stores.

💪 Platform White Label Domain

If you are using Platform White Label, we've enhanced the account creation process to show a fully branded privacy acceptance notice instead of the YouLi branded one.

YouLi Branded:

Platform White Label Branded (with example Yellow primary color and gray font). The link goes to your configured privacy policy.

💪🐞 Reservations - Fixes & Enhancements

💪 11432 - Reservation details at the top of the Traveler Portal will now adjust correctly for various screen sizes. Improving the mobile experience.

💪 11399 - Send Reservation Number in Stripe meta data (instead of the Reference Code). So if you switch to Reservations, when the payment is included under a Reservation, the Reservation Number will be sent. But if the payment is not in a Reservation, then the Reference Code will be used. Learn more about Stripe meta data

💪 11432 - The Reservation block on Trip Page was not mobile optimized, it has now been optimized to work for all screen sizes. 

💪🐞 Affiliate Profiles - Fixes & Enhancements

🐞 11446 - Prices for Pre and Post tours will now show the Affiliate price based on the linkage from the Main Tour. So you don't have to link your Affiliates to the Pre/Post just to get the Affiliate pricing to activate for those registered on the Main with an Affiliate source. 💪 11355 - Affiliate users will now see a non-YouLi branded privacy acceptance popup when signing up if you have a Platform White Label Domain.

💪🐞 Enhanced Itinerary Items - Fixes & Enhancements

💪 11486 - Allow Itinerary Add-ons to have an inventory of 0, so they can be "on-request". They will show on the invoice, but will not be selectable so they have to contact you to arrange for the item to be booked.

💪 10426 - You can now setup your room blocks and add them to the Library as Content items that can be synced to your Templates and Trips. The room blocks are the types of rooms available at that Accommodation. Room allocations are not stored in the library, just the definition of the capacity and types.

You can also manage your Transfer Window blocks the same way.

💪 11494, 11460 - Configure an optional destination airport for a Transfer Window and show a configured warning message if they are arriving into a different airport than they should be.

💪🐞 Sabre Integration - Fixes & Enhancements

• 🐞 Return full search results for PNR and ticket matches in People Search 

• 💪 11231 - Block duplicate PNR uploads on the same trip

💪🐞 Bugs & Enhancements

Thanks to everyone who submitted issues, we love making things work!

🐞💪 HOTFIXES:

• AddManualPayment was incorrectly setting a credit as a payment. FIXED.

🐞 FIXES:

• 11485 - Trip registration confirmation message was showing a + instead of a space incorrectly. FIXED
  
• 11447 - AddManualPayment was returning an invalid magic link.  FIXED.
• 11467 - Editing people on pre-approved trips with $0 packages showed the wrong edit dialog. FIXED!
• 11505 - Per Unit Add-ons (Rooms and Transfers) can now be synced from the Library. So you can set your price in the library and update it for any synced items that don't yet have bookings on them.
• 11328 - Waitlisted travelers could click on Add-ons and get themselves Registered! Oops! Now that's fixed, thanks to Adventurous Women for reporting.

• 11440 - When changing a trip from Brochure mode to Bookings mode, we have fixed the case where Travelers would end up "Booked" when they were simply interested. Learn more about Brochure vs. Bookings mode

• Manage Payments
  
  • 11269 - Allow Planner to delete a manual refund (full or partial) from Manage Payments.
  • 11463 - Hide the "Change Allocation" button if there's no allocation to change.
•  Waitlist
  • 10736 - Allow Planner to add someone to the waitlist from TripCRM without needing to set a package 

• Security enhancements: 

  • Blocking access to APIs that could be abused by attackers
  • Enhanced logging
  • Restricting access for non-API users to API endpoints
  • Clearer message when changing access for a user to "All Trips":
    • "support@youli.team will gain access to All Trips and Templates and no longer be restricted by tag or trip"
• Upgrade triggers:
  • Itinerary Library popup has been removed (it's not so new anymore) and it's included in ALL PLANS! Learn more about the Content Library
  • Add from Task Library option will appear to prompt users to upgrade to Grow to activate Task Library.
