Things will change as we get closer, and when it is released, these will become final release notes with accurate descriptions, screenshots and videos.

🔢 Allow Users to Send Messages from Themselves

Previously, if a user was allowed to Send Messages but was not Listed as a Contact, they could not send from themselves.

They will now have the option to send from themselves.

TIP: Use this when you have Group Leaders who are not contacts but should still be able to send. Combine with Custom Roles to allow them to Send on Behalf of Others (or not!)

If you have White Label Email Sending - the email will still send FROM your configured domain for email authentication reasons, but the FRIENDLY FROM and the REPLY-TO will be the user who has sent the message.

🔢 Edit Templates permission linked to Edit Library

When defining your Custom Roles, the "Edit Library" permission will now include "Edit Templates" so you can grant or remove permission together to your responsible team members.

TIP: Use this when you have a larger team where some people can edit individual trips but not manage the Template or Library content.

🔢 Planner Notes for Content Library Items

These will now show in the Library to help you distinguish between variations of the same item.

TIP: Use this if you have different Itinerary items in the library for different seasons but the name of the item is the same.

To avoid clutter when choosing your Waitlist options, we've moved the Min/Max configuration above and just below the Packages table.

#10803 - Search for Tickets from "People Search" and quickly jump to the right Flight Booking item in the Itinerary.
#10817 - Requested changes to backend display of Flight Booking data:
- Show Accounting Details instead of Fares
  - COMING SOON: Ability to edit Markup/Booking Fee

- Show PCC instead of IATA
- Show Status Code instead of Status
- Removed unnecessary fields under Ticket Information

#10941 - Support for additional Sabre PCCs to support client agencies in the same integration using Multi-brand
- Booking Fees
  - Can be configured for Domestic and International separately
  - Are now included in the total rather the split out as a line item

#10806 - Respect the sort order of the Packages in the Room Level Inventory View

💪 10964 - Do not show a range of prices when package is Max Occupancy = 1
💪 6383 - Refund Protect removed from Email Templates (tech-debt)
💪 10790 - Making it clearer for Admins to Block/Allow Public Trips + Send Message
🐞 10863 - Sometimes Travelers could submit an invalid date via the registration form: FIXED!
🐞 10464 - SEND TEST for Automatic Late Fees was not working. FIXED!
🐞 10966 - HTML description editor was disappearing after saving the page. FIXED!
🐞 10949, -- Search People now returns matches for all string lengths (and isn't new anymore)
🐞 10940 - Copy Trip actions were failing on Trips with names between 81 and 100 characters. FIXED! (those names might be too long 😜)
💪 6383 - Refund Protect removed from Email Templates (tech-debt)
💪 10461 - Do not allow adding of Highlights from Library as Itinerary items and vice versa - this is to ensure a consistent experience with items added from the Library. If you don't see an item you expect, maybe try adding it as an Itinerary or Highlight instead.
💪 10921 - Planner notes from Manual Payment are now being sanitized properly
💪 10995 - new GetFlightTicketBooking endpoint will return an error when the record is not found instead of a 404.

💪🐞 Affiliates

🐞 10952 - Edit Affiliate Profile Insurance URL task was failing. FIXED!
🐞 10986 - Trips I Can Sell for Affiliates links are now linking to TripCRM to avoid permission errors.
💪 10928 - Do not allow people to have an Affiliate source without a value selected
💪 10864 - Further Affiliate reports optimizations
💪 10994 - Affiliate Report column heading clarified to say "Package Price" instead of "Balance Due" (which was incorrect)
