This is NOW pulling in YOUR trip tags 🙌
Don't use Trip Tags? Time to start!
Now you can filter your trips on your dashboard and global reports based on multiple trip tags.
In the example below "ACCESSIBLE" is the selected tag, all TRIPS shown will match that tag.
The same filter appears on Global Payments and Global Bookings report.
In the example below the payments shown are only for TRIPS that have BOTH "ACCESSIBLE" and "ADVENTURE" tags applied.
Note we have also adjusted the pill style for the Quick Filters to be more accessible! They work the same way they always have.

📩 Add a CC/BCC to your SEND MESSAGE
If you have White Label Email Sending (WLES) then you have a new set of options!
WLES has many advantages - this new feature is one of them!
ALSO: Sending from an email address your customers are expecting means it is more likely to go to the inbox. Learn more
When you click to SEND MESSAGE from any report, you'll now have two new (optional) fields:
- CC - for example, add the group leader when sending a message to travelers
- BCC - add a CRM BCC email to make sure a copy is added to your CRM

🔎 Highlight & Itinerary Items: ARCHIVE -> HIDDEN
Looking for the ARCHIVE items? Now it is called HIDDEN
Many of our clients were already using the the ARCHIVE this way, so now we've changed the label to match. When items are HIDDEN, they are not visible to Travelers.
This is great if you are still working on the details of an itinerary or highlight item and don't want to show it just yet.
- You can then DELETE them if they are HIDDEN (see below).
- You can click SHOW to make them appear for Travelers

🗑️ Permanently Delete Highlight & Itinerary Items you don't need
Tired of seeing tons of items you don't need anymore? Now you can easily delete them to clean up your workspace.
Simply hover over the item in HIDDEN and click DELETE
If a Planner can edit items, they can permanently delete items. If you need to restrict access for different users in your team, consider Role Based Access Control.
You will be prompted to confirm, but once you click DELETE in the popup, it cannot be undone.

✅ Set a different surcharge for ACH payments (Sponsored Pilot)
If you use Stripe ACH to accept US Bank Transfers and you want to charge a different fee for ACH than for other methods (like Credit Card)
Instead of seeing the exact surcharge on the invoice, it will say "surcharge applies"
Then the actual surcharge will be shown in the popup when they click to PAY NOW
Currently this feature is in Sponsored Pilot - this will be made generally available in 2024.

💳 Save & Charge Third Party Cards (Sponsored Pilot)
If you work in a B2B mode, you might have clients that ask you to charge to a single card for many travelers. Now you can save these cards to your account for use across multiple trips - map them based on tags and control access based on RBAC.
Great for working with corporate or university customers.
Currently this feature is in Sponsored Pilot - contact Sales if you're interested to access this feature when it becomes available.
Bugs & Enhancements
- 🐞 9464 - When using "Make a charge" from "Manage Payments" using a saved card the amount in the payment dialog was incorrect if there was a personalized price. FIXED!
- 🐞 9463 - When traveler makes a second payment using a saved card on the Trip Page invoice in the same session, the warning about making a duplicate payment now updates to be the correct amount
- 🐞 9471 - Manage Coupons feature check now done at account level, not user level - ensuring trips owned by premium accounts can allow co-planners to edit coupons.
- 🐞 9489 - Correction to activity log to be “Saved card for future use on PayPal.” when a card is saved via PayPal
- 💪 9337 - Pending Payments now included in Global Payment Report
- 💪 9439 - Change Trip Name to Trip Short Name in the Description sent to Stripe (on request only)
- 💪 9367 - Prevent creation of webhooks with private and loopback IP addresses (e.g. localhost) - learn more about our webhooks - thanks to Solo Female Traveler dev team for providing this suggestion
