Global Bookings Report: See all bookings across Trips & Summarized across Trips

Quickly see how many bookings last week, last month or last quarter. Roll up the report by trips to get a quick summary of bookings and manage inventory.

This report allows you to get on top of ALL your Bookings across ALL Trips.

To view, go to

  1. Your YouLi Account
  2. I'm Planning
  3. Reports
  4. Bookings

Search

Look for the bookings you need, type anything into the search box to match against:

  • Traveler name
  • REFERENCE CODE (found on the Traveler's INVOICE or TRIPBOARD)
  • TRIP name
  • AFFILIATE CODE

Filter

Restrict the results by date or booking status:

  • By booking date
    • This is the date the first payment was received
    • Includes a MANUAL PAYMENT record of $0 (used to hold inventory)
  • By booking status
    • New Bookings
    • Booking Pending
    • Partially paid
      • Balance due is greater than 0
    • (Fully) Paid
      • No balance due
    • Canceled
      • A payment was received, but they are now declined
    • Booked & Past Due
      • Bookings that have a past due installment.

    • Booked & Due in Future
      • Bookings that have payments due in Future (no past due payments and not paid in full)

Aggregate by Trip - Show Summary across Trips

Not only can you see detailed Bookings, you can also see a summary across all trips.

Troubleshooting

Q: I see a CANCELLED Booking when I filter for BOOKED, why is that?

A: In these cases, it means the main person has been cancelled but someone in their invitation group is still REGISTERED. Click to the TripBoard to see more details and correct the issue.

Q: I see a BOOKED person when I filter for CANCELLED, why is that?

A: In these cases, it means the main person has NOT been cancelled but someone in their invitation group has been CANCELLED. Click to the TripBoard to see more details and correct the issue.
