👩👩👧👦 Reservations
Ever wished you could book more than one package (room type) in the same "booking"? We have now introduced Reservations, a more powerful way to enable complex bookings.
This is an account level feature (not per Trip) that allows you to create Reservations on the backend AND allow your Travelers to book into Reservations via Checkout Flow that include the option to:
- Select more than one room of the same package type
- For example, two sisters are booking together but both want single rooms.
- Book people into different packages in the same Checkout
- For example, mom and dad book the King Garden View for them and the Twin Garden View for the kids.
- Assign the correct people to the selected rooms
- Saves you the time of working out rooming lists later, since the Traveler does it for you!
- Allow and flag overbookings based on Trip Setting
- Combined with Affiliate Profiles
- Shows the correct Affiliate pricing based on source (pricing for Affiliates that is different from Public bookings)
- Shows the correct Packages based on source (Affiliate specific packages)

📄 Improved Waitlist status filtering on TripCRM
You can now see your "Waitlisted" people in the Status filter on the TripCRM.
The improved Waitlist is available for Early Adopters as there are still limitations, we expect to release the full feature for all plans by July 2026.

✈️ Link Transfer Itinerary item to Flight task to view flight details
Sponsoring clients can now use special API Field Names to show collected flight details in the Transfer allocation window.
As part of our continued investment in Enhanced Itinerary Items, we have released the Transfer Itinerary type for early adopters.
ENTERPRISE EARLY ADOPTERS - This feature is currently available to Enterprise clients who want to be Early Adopters. Contact your Account Manager if you are interested.

😎 General Enhancements
✔️ CHANGE: Affiliate Source Tracking - Ensure Affiliates get Credit
YouLi automatically tracks the source of bookings. Learn more about Source Tracking.
By default, the FIRST source is dropped as a cookie for 30 days and used when the booking is made.
However, we found this did not make sense in the case of Affiliate links.
So NOW: if a Traveler books using a link that includes an Affiliate source, the most recent source Affiliate (not the FIRST source) will be used for Source Tracking.
This means your affiliates get credit whenever a customer clicks from their link and books right away - as they should.

📤 Traveler facing Contact Email for Team Members
Deciding whether to use a shared mailbox or a specific team member's mailbox can be a tricky decision.
We've made this a little easier by allowing you to set specific Team Members as the Main Contact - so they show as the individual in the list view and are included in the automations data but use a Shared Mailbox to send and receive communications with Travelers.

We've been making a lot of changes to our TripCRM to improve the visibility of key information. But we found a few changes weren't good ones, so we've changed back!

🔄 Expand to full screen option when editing messages
When you're using the little window to SEND MESSAGE, you might want more space to craft the perfect message.
Now you can click the two arrows (Maximize) and get a full screen view.
