💵 AutoPay Trial Ended
If a fee is being applied on your account for use of AutoPay, you'll see it where you Enable AutoPay under ACCOUNT -> PAYMENTS
In this example a 0.5% fee will be applied for any scheduled payments that we process automatically. This is on top of the Booking Fee and only applied for these automated payments, not the initial payment and not if they cancel and manual pay.
Remember that this means you only pay for this feature when it is used, so it means you pay a small fee each time but you also save yourself the hassle of chasing a missed payment!
Example:
Let's say you have a $1000 installment due on a Trip with 20 people on it. If you had to chase this payment by hand you'd spend at least an hour per person finding the best way to reach them and making sure they get your message and that they understand the need to pay. If your time is worth $100/hour and you have 5 people who failed to pay on time, that's $500 worth of your time.
If they had enrolled in AutoPay, that would only cost you $5 for each scheduled payment. In our example, that's just $25. So instead of $500 of your time, you're spending $25 and your cash flow is MUCH happier.
Worth every penny! 💰
Of course, we can also help with all of that using a handy Automatic Late Fee & Cancellation feature (coming soon) for those Travelers who don't enroll AutoPay. It's a great way to incenitivize!

For a little bit you couldn't add a Manual $0 payment correctly, we've fixed this because it is super handy when you need to:

❌ Failed Credit Card payments will no longer send email
A few months ago we released a new feature to send emails to Travelers and Planners when a payment via Stripe failed.
We found this was too much when attempting Credit Cards - often they would have retried and succeeded before they even got the failed email. So we have decided to stop sending emails when Credit Card failures happen.
We will still send failed emails for failed ACH and other asynchronous payments.

💪 Trip Summary Improvements
Now if you are using the Min/Max people feature (sponsored) you will now see a different color if the number of people is under the minimum or over the maximum.
Generally it isn't possible to go over the Max, but if the Planner adds too many people then this might happen, so keep an eye out!
Also applies to Packages - but only for going over the Inventory (there is no minimum for Packages).

💪 Tour Series Improvements
- 10324 - Click from ACCOUNT -> CATEGORIES -> TOUR SERIES to see a list of all Trips/Templates in those Tour Series
- 10361 - Clicking on the Tour Series Name will now go to the correct Template/Trips Dashboard with all other Templates/Trips in that Tour Series.
- 10381 - Make more space for the Pre/Post Name in the header
🐞 Bug Fixes & Small enhancements
- 🐞10356 - Allow personalized arrival date option for packages was not showing the date picker
- 🐞10347 - When adding a Trip Coordinator to a Trip the message was incorrect. FIXED! - Thanks Michelle from VIVE for reporting
- 🐞10348 - Fix the roles shown when adding Planners to Trips
- 🐞10370 - Global Image Library should not be referenced for Travelers when picking an Avatar. FIXED!
- 🐞10368 - Change "Move to Trash" to "HIDE TASK"
- 💪10380 - Change USED to USED IN for the Content Library to be clearer.

Not scheduled for this release, but we are working on more things coming soon.
- Sync Changes Progress - you can now check an Item when Adding FROM Library to be SYNCED so that future changes are synced from the Library. #10396
- There's an option to Add Unique instead so that changes are only made within the Trip or Template it is added to.
- Once added SYNCED you can see which option was selected
- Synced Items cannot be edited with the Trip/Template
- It must be edited in the Content Library (Sync COMING SOON)
