We’ve made it easier for you to offer travel insurance to your travelers. Wanderwell is now the default travel insurance task for U.S. residents (Canadian options coming soon!).

Any user can add the task, but we only create the default task for U.S.-based companies.

🙈 3. Hide the "Only [x spots] Left!"
If the "low inventory" feature isn't your vibe, you now have the option to hide the remaining spots left when using the Package Inventory feature.

🖌️ 4. Brand Color Now Applied to Closed Trip Footer Links
If you use Closed Registrations, footer links will now match your brand color settings instead of appearing in a default color.

📈 5. Traveler Category Now Included in TripCRM Export
If you have the Traveler Category feature enabled, you will now see the category value included when exporting from TripCRM using the 'one row per person, including tasks and add-ons' option:

🚏 6. Stripe Refund Now Show Pending Status Until Confirmed
Some customers experienced discrepancies with Stripe refunds, where:

Refunds showed as succeeded in YouLi but failed in Stripe (causing traveler delays).

Refunds failed in YouLi but succeeded in Stripe, leading to potential double refunds when retried.
To avoid confusion, refunds will now display a Pending status until Stripe fully confirms the success or failure.
⚠️ Best Practice: Wait for final confirmation before retrying a refund. If you see an error in YouLi, check Stripe first.

🐞 7. Bug Fixes & Enhancements
- 💪 9776 - You can now drag and drop Room Blocks around - a prototype of the drag and drop that is coming in Content Library (see above)
- 💪 9772 - Removed default travel insurance task referencing World Nomads from new trips - Wanderwell offers better commissions & service (see above)
- 💪 9804 - Transfer feature now shows a tooltip to make it more accessible
- 💪 9456 - Team Members were shown some form fields on Site Settings when they don't have Admin permission to edit. FIXED. Need to allow Team Members different access levels, explore our Custom Roles.
- 💪 9803 - YouLi Admins can more easily access Stripe payments to provide faster support
- 💪 9262 - Reduce logging of Stripe payments that fail due to being too small (under $1)
- 💪 9282, 9418 - All description input boxes now use the updated text editor for consistency
- 💪 9520 - System field names cannot be used in Custom Form API Field Names (like
DATE_OF_BIRTH,FIRST_NAME- now there is a friendly warning to avoid a clash - 💪 9761 - TripCRM on hover over Invitation Groups now shows the configuration (paying together, separately, etc.)
- 🐞9478 - Exports from TripCRM and Manage Payments now include people who are in an invitation group and BOOKED even if they haven't made a payment directly. - Thanks to Toursmith for reporting
- 🐞9410 - Search across all trip Activity Feeds was timing out for certain large accounts. FIXED!
- 🐞9627 - When a Traveler has lost their Avatar image, it will now default to the blank one instead of showing a broken image
- 🐞9802 - Bulk Upload generated errors in some cases. FIXED
- 🐞9832, 9787 - Converted Booking Status from triggers to avoid timeouts and transient errors. Added logging to support troubleshooting.
- 🐞9822 - Traveler Login was showing an error instead of sending the magic link of their last trip - HOTFIX'd Jan 30th
