Target release is: Week of April 7th, 2025

That means we are focused on a few big features, we also include small improvements and bug fixes that we can.

No, this is advance warning of what is coming, things will change as we get closer, and when it is released, these will become final release notes with accurate descriptions, screenshots and videos. Until then this is the best information available.

 

Focus Features in this Update:

🔢 Planner Copy of Traveler Profiles - to support easy re-booking

- extension of the Transfer feature on TripBoard

🔢 Room Blocks -> Group Leaders can Manage Room Blocks

- requires Custom Roles

🔢 Min & Max Configuration per Trip - First Phase

- this will not be feature complete, but will be a start - full scope TBD

📐 Font addition: Libre-Franklin

Enterprise clients can request fonts to be added, Libre-Franklin has been requested

📐 AutoPay Trials

  • 9895 - Don't validate values for AutoPay settings when not enabled

🙇 Payment Schedule Smarter Sorting

Previously the Payment Schedule would sort based purely on due date, which could get messy when dynamic dates came into play and people book late. Sometimes the balance would appear above paid installments and other odd cases.

Installments will now sort according to their status for each invoice (personalized to their plan) and THEN their due date:

  1. Fully paid - sort by due date

  2. Part paid - sort by due date

  3. Unpaid - sort by due date

  4. Balance - always at the bottom regardless of any payments/due dates
