🔢 Room Blocks -> Group Leaders can Manage Room Blocks

For those of you involved in B2B sales, you likely have Group Leaders responsible for assigning travelers to rooms. Instead of relying on spreadsheets that can lead to errors, empower them to manage room allocations directly within YouLi. This approach ensures accurate tracking of all travelers, eliminates copy/paste mistakes, and allows for easy exporting to send to the hotel.

- requires a Custom Role to be defined (to ensure they only see/access what you want them to)

- even if they cannot edit an Item, they can access the Accomodation item to manage the room block allocations

- the allocations will be copied within the same trip or between trips when keeping the invitees on the copied trip (they will be moved to Status = "Invited" but retain their room allocation)

😍 Drag and Drop the order of itinerary items WITHIN days

Itinerary items sort by date and time, then alphabetically by the name. But what if you want an item to show FIRST on the same day as another item? Before you had to come up with an alphabetically savvy name.

Now you can just drag the item to the spot you want.

NOTE: If the item has a time, that will determine the sort order, so you won't be able to drag it around. Remove the time if you want to specify the order within the day.

🔢 Time until - change from months to days when less than 6 months away

We send automated reminder and this includes a "Time until trip" which showed the time in months. But this can be inaccurate when rounding up/down.

So now we show days instead of months when the time is less than 6 months

During the trial, we're making improvements based on participant feedback and there is no fee for using the feature.

This update includes these changes

• 9614 - More control over reminder subject lines + ability to send a test of the reminders
• 9895 - Don't validate values for AutoPay settings when not enabled

🙇 Payment Schedule Smarter Sorting

Previously the Payment Schedule would sort based purely on due date, which could get messy when dynamic dates came into play and people booked late. Sometimes the balance would appear above paid installments and other odd cases.

Installments will now sort according to their status for each invoice (personalized to their plan) and THEN their due date:

1. Fully paid - sort by due date

2. Part paid - sort by due date

3. Unpaid - sort by due date

4. Balance - always at the bottom regardless of any payments/due dates

❌ Option to Permanently Remove Optional Items/Add-ons on Cancellation

When cancelling people you'll now be prompted to decide whether their optional responses should be removed permanently. 

We recommend you say REMOVE to keep things clean! But if you're not sure, you can leave them.

TIP: If you chose to keep them and want to remove them, toggle them back to Registered and then back to Canceled and click REMOVE.

TIP: If you want to see what they HAD selected, click to view NO Responses from the Manage Highlights & Itinerary (but they won't be visible on the TripBoard)

🐞 Bug Fixes & Enhancements

• 💪 9921 - Only send "Find Your Trip" links for trips that are Active and the Traveler is not Canceled. Thanks to You Can't Steal My Happy for reporting
• 💪 9924 - Add padding on mobile view so the YouLi chat bubble does not block the save button. Noting that we have also removed the chat bubble on mobile for the time being. Thanks to Vibrant Women for reporting
• 🐞 9872 - Some parts of the Trip Coordinator views were not always displaying as intended. FIXED! Thanks to Prometour for reporting
• 🐞 9933 - Xero invoices were not syncing due to Xero API update. HOTFIXED!
• 🐞 9947 - Partial refunds were not showing correctly in canceled receipts. FIXED! Thanks to Prometour for reporting
• 💪 9935 - HOTFIX: allow Planners to change optional items after responses (except for type and price)
• 💪 9941 - Prompt to upgrade to activate Booking Add-on feature.
• 💪 9940 - Show monthly/annual label subscription on User Profile
• 💪 9898 - Remove reference to Drag and Drop on mobile version (not supported)
• 🐞 9843 - When an Team Admin (instead of the Team Owner) makes changes to Payments, those changes will now save to the account (Chip Away and Show Billing Address options)
• 💪 9816 - Manage Payments will now block Payments and Credits if no package is selected for the traveler
• 💪 9064 - Checkout Flow now enabled for all accounts - restricted code has been removed
• 💪 9532 - Sort Traveler Categories alphabetically in drop down
• 🐞 9931 - When dragging items between dates, retain the time of the event
• 🐞 9934 - Fixed some cases where Traveler showed as past due even though they were fully paid
