You can search for people from the Trip Dashboard, but that just finds the Trips they are on and doesn't take you directly to their Trip Board. Now with the Search People report, you have access to their trip board, trip link, booking status, reference code, and create date—all the information you need at a glance
What can I search on?
With the People Search report you can search for people based on:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Booking Reference (Reference code)
- PNR or Ticket number (for Flight enabled accounts)
What can I sort by?
- Create Date (Default)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Booking Status
What can I see?
- Name (opens their Trip Board)
- Trip Name (opens the Trip Page)
- Booking status
- Reference code
- Create date
Where to Find It
- Expand the "I'm Planning" menu
- Click on People Search
How to Use It

Enter the field you want to search by, such as email, reference code, name, reservation number, or PNR/ticket number.

Choose the sort order, including Create Date (default), First Name, Last Name, or Booking Status.

Click “Search.”

From the search results, click the traveler’s name to open their trip board. Then click the trip name to access Trip CRM.
