Wow, ya'll have made a lot of Trips - it's great to see the growth, and now you can search for your Trips faster on the Trip Dashboard. Travefy does an amazing job with itineraries - if you need their features + YouLi this update is for you.
Dashboard Load Speed Enhancements
- Tired of waiting for all your TRIPS to load on login? Now we only load the first 100 Trips, to make it faster for you to get where you’re going.
- Need to browse through all of them? Just use the search bar and all matching trips will be loaded.

Set a time when Trip Registration/Booking closes
- If you don't want to accept registrations/bookings after a certain date - just configure it and we'll close the option for you automatically. You probably already knew that you had this available to you!
- But NOW, you can also specify exactly when on that day the TRIP will close (in your TRIP TIME ZONE).
IMPORTANT: This uses the TIME ZONE of the TRIP so you might have to do some time conversion to set this right for where your travelers are when they are booking.

Smart Traveller Alerts - Australian Duty of Care 🇦🇺
- This feature is, sadly, a necessary one. YouLi is integrated with smartraveller.gov.au to automatically send alerts to your Travellers if a destination has a new alert from DFAT.
Book in an Enterprise demo to ask about enabling for your Travellers (limited release). - With this update, you can now see if the alert bounced, was opened or clicked to ensure proper duty of care.
Bug Fixes & Enhancements
- 🐞 8286 - Declined Travelers included in add-on capacity count - blocking other Travelers from taking their spot. FIXED!
- 🐞 8478 - Manual Payments could not be applied if a prior member of the group had a pending payment.
- 🐞 8476 - Multi-brand feature was pulling the wrong website link
- 🐞 8479 - Correct the help text when adding a Planner to a trip - now it is more clear how to add Team Members (you don't need to open a ticket!)
- 🐞 8586 - Adding a Team Member would fail if the user already existed.
