# New Features - MAJOR Release 2.210 - Lock forms after submission, Task Library, Improved Pricing Table

## So many excellent changes this update - the biggest ones are sponsored, but there are lots of excellent new features for all accounts

### NEW FEATURES

### 😲 Control which forms can be re-submitted

This new feature provides extra control per Task, but if you want to lock forms after being submitted regardless of review - then you need the ACCOUNT -\> SITE SETTINGS option: 'Block changes to Task Responses on Trip Page.'

Tired of Travelers changing their data **after** you’ve sent it to your suppliers?

Use Tasks that *Require Review* to **block** changes once responses have been reviewed.

**📣 Good News: This applies to all plans!** 

To activate for any Task that you want to restrict changes:

1. Edit the Task from Manage Tasks

2. Check the  "Yes" box under "REQUIRES A PLANNER TO REVIEW"

3. Publish the changes
4. Click to RESPONSES:

5. You'll see the PLANNER REVIEW column with a checkbox. Click to resolve:

6. In the popup:  
   Optionally send a message to the Traveler.   
   Optionally update the Planner Notes (not seen by Traveler).   
   Optionally send an email to Traveler (if email provided)  
   Then click UPDATE to resolve.

7. You'll then see the date it was reviewed in the RESPONSES view. This checkmark indicates they can not EDIT

Remember that Planners can still update response:

Checkout Flow now works with Authorize.Net payment gateway

And extra bonus - works with [Make a Charge](https://support.youli.io/how-to-charge-your-client-manually-in-youli?hsLang=en) for Planners as well.

Do you want better rates and confidence your funds won't be restricted? You might want to consider a gateway like Authorize.Net - available to well established US companies. Integration available on Enterprise plans.

### 📦 Price per Night Packages

If you don’t use this option yet, you should check it out! 

It allows Travelers to select their arrival and departure dates and the price adjusts dynamically based on the number of nights.

We’ve fixed a few bugs to make it even better:

- Number of nights will now automatically update based on the selected dates
- One of the sub-totals was incorrect when custom dates were selected for occupancy greater than 1 - FIXED!

### 💽 Configured Reports

- New option to include ALL optional items on the trip - regardless of their names. This makes it really easy to make one report that can be installed to handle all your trips, regardless of the names of the add-ons/optional items.

### 🗒️ Traveler - Planner Notes

These are the notes you don't want people outside your team to see. It's ok, it's a safe space to jot down what you really need to say!

Last update we changed these to be Rich Text, this update we have added a few more enhancements:

- Shown more prominently on TripBoard below the profile information and full width
- Show on hover for People Search
- Not shown to Affiliates
- When a Payment is Marked as Received, sometimes (rarely) the wrong note was used - FIXED

### 💵 Pricing Table

Managing Pricing can get complicated - and we are here to support your need to keep track of it all.

- Category now shows in the table for accounts configured with this feature. So you can quickly see if people booking onto this package will be assigned to a category - which controls the itinerary and task forms they see.

- The Affiliate Profile pricing will now show along with the Public pricing

### 🙌 Affiliate Profile feature

For sponsoring clients, manage the linked Affiliates per Trip and even set pricing for Affiliates differently from Public bookings.

- See currently configured Affiliate Profiles
- Set the price for linked Affiliates at the Template level 
    - This will apply when the Trip is made and Affiliate Profiles are linked
- You cannot create Affiliate Profile restricted packages at the Template level, just in the Trips
- Green/Red dot indicating if the tag for the embed code is set for this Affiliate on a Trip - so you can know if is should appear on the co-branded site
- Linked Affiliate Profiles will be included when copying a Trip, including Affiliate specific packages. However they will not be copied to/from Templates
- Deprecated Price per night option will not show for Affiliate Profile accounts

    - Add new people to an existing reservation in another room type/room
- Overbooking flag management

### BUGS & ENHANCEMENTS

- 🐞10516 - GetTrips API was returning an error. HOTFIXED
- 🐞10521 - Errors when editing line items. HOTFIXED
- 🐞10524 - Stripe surcharge rounding error blocked some payments. HOTFIXED  
    - Thanks to Live N Learn for reporting
- 💪10514 - Do not allow Automatic cancellation days to be less than late fee days
- 💪10490 - Block bot activity requesting receipts.
- 💪7623 - Security improvement to ensure JS entered by Planner cannot be run on Trip Page - this should only block malicious users
- 💪10486 - Performance optimization across many Planner pages to avoid loading payment methods if they are not needed.
