Managing Images - Per Trip or Per Account (Global Image Library)
YouLi offers two modes to manage images: simple per trip image management and a Global Image Library option for Enterprise accounts.
Available on these plans:
- Per Trip Images: Default on All Plans
- Global Image Library: Enterprise Extra - contact Sales
Managing Images
When you make a free account on YouLi it allows you to upload and unlimited number of images to:

Per Trip Images
By default, all accounts require you to upload images from your own library (in another cloud or your computer) for each trip.
You can use Templates and Content Library to keep commonly used images in a place that's easy to copy for future trips. But these are mostly copies - so you cannot change the master image and expect that to change for all Trips using that image.
This is a simple and cost effective way to manage images if you don't have a dedicated team managing your image content.
Global Image Library

As an Enterprise Extra, you can manage a Global Image Library for your entire account.
We recommend adopting this as part of onboarding to avoid a migration exercise.
This allows you to be in control of the files so you can replace in one place and have that update all your trips that reference the image.
It also allows you to organize folders of images however you like - by country, by theme, by season, whatever makes sense to your organization.
You can still upload a one-off image as needed to your library, but that image will then be accessible to use in any Trip.
This is a more advanced way to manage images if you have a dedicated team managing your image content or you value the brand consistency across Trips that a single image library can provide.
