🔲 Control whether Shadow Itinerary Items appear
A few updates ago, we made itinerary items that span multiple days appear multiple times
- The above example shows the shadow item on 14 Feb for the Planner
- It will also show on the Trip Page Itinerary for the Traveler
- and be included in the PDF
But not everyone loved that feature!!! 😦
So we've made it an option to control if that feature is enabled in your account. 👏
Shadow itinerary items are now hidden by default. So if you're one of the few that want the feature to show a "shadow" across all the days that a Multi-day itinerary items, you'll need to enable it.
Scroll down to see the option:
- Hide shadow days for Multi-day Itinerary Items
Want Shadow items?
- Uncheck the box
Do NOT want Shadow items?
- No action required (leave the box checked)

Set a minimum and maximum number of people for your trips, track your progress on the Trip Summary and ensure you don't get overbooked.

📒 Template Notes that appear in All Child Trips
If you have certain notes that you want to apply to the Template and show on all the Trips made from that Template, you can now set that in the "Template Note".
Changes in the Template Note automatically appear in all children Trips. The Template Notes cannot be edited at the Trip level.
Trip Notes can be set at the Template level but also edited at the Trip level.

We will now trigger a webhook to enable more automation with our Sabre Flight Booking Integration.

Privacy Toggle with Linked Affiliates
When linking Affiliates to trips, so immediately whether the Trip is Public + Listed and therefore will appear on your Affiliate websites with the correct embed tags.
You'll now see the embed tag shown in the popup when selecting the Affiliates to link - making it easier to know you have the right one.

Allow editing of dates/times on Synced Itinerary Items
There is now an EDIT DATES option in addition to the MAKE UNIQUE and EDIT IN LIBRARY. This will allow Planners to use synced content from the library but apply trip specific dates to the items.

Add from Library adds to the wrong Date
Off by one because of some timezone mismatches. FIXED!

- 🐞10519 - Widget editor glitch when editing links - FIXED
- 🐞10550 - Editing instructions on a task with a custom form caused the form action buttons to disable - FIXED.
- 💪10509 - Improve the layout of the editor widget to take up less screen space
- 🐞10555 - Show the date as the DATE REFUNDED instead of the DATE PAID on Bookings report when the status = REFUNDED
- 🐞10528 - Autopay was not respecting the setting at the account level to pass the Trip Short Name instead of the Trip Name - FIXED
