Available as of 2.203 release.
EARLY ADOPTERS: Please open a support request to gain early access while we release the complete feature.
This feature will be Generally Available later in 2025. It is free to access on all plans.
How-to Enable 2FA
- Request to access the feature for your account
- Go to Account -> User Profile
- Scroll down to Security and click "Enable 2FA"
- Pick your authenticator app (Microsoft or Google)
- Links to the apps are in the YouLi platform
- Remove any old YouLi codes you've setup before (otherwise it will be confusing!)
- HINT: Remember which app you chose (if you use many authenticators)
- IMPORTANT: Save backup codes to a secure location. These are used to access your account in case you lose your authenticator.
🔐 Don’t lose these! Save your backup codes somewhere safe.
If you lose access to your authenticator app, these codes are your lifeline. To ensure you have them when you need them, we recommend either:- 📄 Print them and stash them in a secure place (like a locked drawer).
- 🗄️ Save them in a password manager (LastPass, 1Password, etc.).
- Next time you login you'll be prompted to enter your CODE like this:
