🛡️ More Security for your Account: 2FA General Availability

Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is one important way to keep your accounts (and your customer's data) secure.

We strongly suggest turning this on for your account. If you are a Team Owner or Team Admin you can now see if your team has done the right thing and nag them if not.

We also recommend pushing your Travelers and Affiliates to enable this as well. Curious what the Traveler Account experience is on the YouLi platform? Learn more

How-To enable Two Factor Authentication (2FA) 

Extra features in this update

• "Remember this device" for up to 30 days
  • Logout to clear and require 2FA on next login
• As a Team Owner/Admin you can now see which Team Members have enabled 2FA to ensure enforcement

🔐 Extra security on emails we send for you using DKIM, DMARC and SPF

We've had DKIM in place for many years, and now it's time to enforce strict DMARC (and SPF) rules to further secure the sending of email on your behalf.

We will be enforcing a strict rule regarding email sending from the youli.io domain, which means that it won't be possible for bad actors to pretend to send from that domain (email spoofing and phishing).

We use youli.io to send for most of our clients.

You can learn more about the protocols we are using, but don't worry - you don't actually have to know, you just need to be rest assured we are implementing them correctly for the email we send on your behalf.

If you use WLES, we use your domain to send your emails. In that case, the choice (and implementation) to be strict is yours to make. If you'd like to understand more about why you might want to do this and how, you can book a consultation call with our team.

We've been talking about this for months and it is finally out of Early Adopters and now available on ALL accounts.

You can read all about it, or better yet, jump in and explore with your own Trips. Just click to any Trip or Template and click to Manage Highlights & Itinerary to see the new UI and access to Content Library.

🏧 ACH via Stripe for US Companies

If you are a US company using Stripe with YouLi, you should now be seeing ACH as an option by default in the Stripe popup.

Please reach out to support if you need help with ACH or if you want to apply a different surcharge for ACH (compared to cards).

Here's an example of how you might want to configure your ACH surcharge differently and change the prompt to be clear they can pay with Credit Card or other payment methods.

You can also disable this option via Stripe - learn more about enabling/disabling local payment methods.

💳 Copy/Transfer between Trips Now Includes Saved Payment Method

When using the Copy or Transfer feature from the Trip Board, if the person has a saved payment method (like a card), that will also be copied to the new trip.

Previously the Tags dropdown included tags from Archived Trips and Templates. 

Now when you Archive Trips the tags that are unique to those trips will not appear in the Trip Tags drop down.
