Drag & Drop Itinerary Builder + Content Library

Content Library allows you to pull in items from a foldered library or from your Templates. Plus you can Drag and Drop the order of Highlights and move Itinerary items between dates to build your itinerary faster.

😍 Drag and Drop the order of itinerary items WITHIN days

Itinerary items sort by date and time, then alphabetically by the name. But what if you want an item to show FIRST on the same day as another item? Before you had to come up with an alphabetically savvy name.

Now you can just drag the item to the spot you want.

 

NOTE: If the item has a time, that will determine the sort order, so you won't be able to drag it around. Remove the time if you want to specify the order within the day.

What happens if both all-day events and timed events occur on the same day?

The all-day events will always appear at the top of the day, ordered as you prefer. Below them will be the events with a start time, sorted chronologically

  • 💪 Drag and Drop sort order only applies when the item does NOT have a time - otherwise it sorts based on time 
  • 💪 When adding an item from the itinerary, the date where you clicked from will be set for that new item - then you can drag it around as you need.

What happens when an itinerary item spans multiple days?

We refer to these as "shadow" days—only the first day displays all the details and can be edited, but the other days will now also have a "shadow"itinerary item shown.

📚Advanced Content Library Features

  • ADD FROM LIBRARY
    • Select Highlights or Itinerary items from the library to add to your current Highlights or Itinerary.
  • ADD TO LIBRARY
    • Add Highlights or Itinerary items to the library for future use.
    • Create a new folder or subfolder to organize your content.

Note: When you add items to folders, please make sure to select the folder and click ADD TO FOLDER, otherwise, the items will be added to the last-level folder or library.
