Why Are My Travelers Receiving a "Trip Not Found" Error?
Do you have a Traveler receiving this error message? Don't worry, there's an easy fix!
The error message
If your Travelers are seeing a "Trip Not Found" error message, that can happen because you're accessing a TRIP that has been archived or is no longer visible, or maybe using the wrong URL.
What to do
Go into the TRIP (view the PUBLIC LINK) and try to click to register and book. Are you able to? If so, the issue was that you were copying the link from your browser location bar, instead of sharing your PUBLIC LINK or a MAGIC LINK.
So just be sure to use the "SHARE TRIP LINK" next time, when sharing your TRIP with your Travelers!
