How-to: Quebec Compensation Fund - Shortcodes

Do you operate in Quebec and need to document your contribution to the Quebec Compensation Fund? These shortcodes make it easy to comply.

These are the codes you can use to populate the required values to demonstrate the amount of money you're contributing to the fund on the travellers behalf.

  • 0.1% of the Pre-pay total for the invitation group (or solo traveler)

  • The negative value of the [QuebecCompensationFundAmount]

Pre-pay total Includes:

Where to use them

Put these in your Pricing Explanation and they will show on your Trip Page invoice and in emailed receipts.

1. Click to Update Trip (the pencil on the Trip menu)
2. Click Pricing tab
3. Scroll down to the bottom where the Pricing Explanation input is
4. Place your codes were you need to ensure compliance

The traveller will see on their invoice something like this, where the shortcode has been replaced by the correct value from their invoice.
