Pre-Approved Bookings using Authenticated Checkout

How to crate a Authenticated Trip and add Approved Person.
- When the planner is creating a new trip, under TRIP PRIVACY, check AUTHENTICATED (REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION TO CHECKOUT)
- The default Pricing Mode will be BOOKING MODE, and the default Booking Flow will be CHECKOUT FLOW
There is no “Register to Pay” option for trips using the Authenticated Checkout flow. - When planner adds a new person, the popup now is titled ADD APPROVED PERSON
The fields included are: First Name, Last Name (optional), Email, and Category (optional). Planner Notes will also be shown if the planner has access to them. - When a traveler has been added, their status will be set to APPROVED

Unlike other trips, the planner cannot access the trip board of travelers with APPROVED status. The VIWE AS function is unavailable, and no magic link will be generated
- When editing the traveler, the status can be updated to either APPROVED or DECLINED
What the Traveler Will See & What Happens Next?
- Once an invitation is sent, travelers will be required to create an account or log in (if they already have one). After logging in, they will be able to make a booking
- If the traveler is logged in but does not have an existing invitee record on the trip with APPROVED status (matched by email), they will be redirected to the dashboard with a warning popup.
- If the traveler is logged in but does not have an existing invitee record on the trip with APPROVED status (matched by email), they will be redirected to the dashboard with a warning popup.
- Once the traveler booked, Their status will change to REGISTERED. The planner will have access to VIEW AS, MAGIC LINK, and the TRIP BOARD
- The planner will also be able to edit the traveler's profile with additional fields.
- This is different from private trip.
- When a TRIP is PRIVATE, only the people shown under MANAGE PEOPLE & REPORTS tab can view the TRIP PAGE using their MAGIC LINK
- When the trip is Authenticated, this requires Travelers to be logged in to purchase the trip AND to be loaded as an "Approved" person on the trip.
