βοΈ Forgot a field? Now you can add to your forms after trip registrations have started π
Previously, we blocked all changes to forms once a response to the form was collected.
NOW, you can make changes to those forms:
- Add a new field
- Add a new header
- Add a instruction
- Re-order the form fields
- If a task has a new required field that task will become NOT COMPLETED for anyone who completed the original form

β οΈ Trip Page: Prompt to Add-on for ALL members of your group
When selecting an add-on from Highlights or Itinerary tab, the add-on is selected for ALL members of the invitation group.
This can be de-selected at an individual level on the Invoice.
However, this was causing confusion for some travelers and sometimes overpayment! π±
They will now be prompted with a message warning them that they are selecting the item for everyone in their group (white labelled based on your brand colors) like this:
NOTE: If the invitation group is paying separately with split invoices, then the item will only be selected for the individual selecting the item.

ποΈ Option to make all your coupons per BOOKING instead of per PERSON
By default, YouLi coupons are applied once per booking (regardless of the number of people on the booking). If you prefer, your account can be configured to treat coupons as a PER PERSON discount instead.
This setting applies to all trips and coupons, not on a per coupon basis.

When generating a PDF from the TripBoard the PDF CONFIRMATION VERSION NOTE is now optional.
The version note will default to: "USERNAME created this version"

KNOWN ISSUE: Invited travelers on Trips set to Booking Flow = Checkout are not able to register and book. Fix coming soon.
WORKAROUND: Change the Trip to be Booking Flow = "Register to Pay"
- π 9396 - Trips switched from Checkout Flow to Brochure mode did not allow registrations. FIXED!
- π 9390 - When changing package price with more than 5 people to personalize price, popup will now only show the first 5. Thanks to Rockstar for raising.
- π 9388 - Traveler was not showing as booked if they did not have a payment, even if they are in an invitation group, paying together. FIXED! Thanks to LLV for reporting
