We all love to have choices, and now you have one more regarding your connected gateway: PayPal.
Our default payment gateway is Stripe, and we also offer connections to Square, Authorize. Net and Cybersource. This update brings PayPal into the set of options.😎
TIP: This can be used instead of the PayPal.me link enabled in some accounts. But it cannot be used alongside Stripe, it is either one or the other. So if you need both, keep the PayPal.me option enabled.
Why would you want PayPal as your payment gateway?
- Stripe is not suitable for your business based on their terms/policies
- PayPal terms are more applicable to your business
- You need access to the multi-currency wallet features in PayPal
- This means you can hold USD if you charge in USD even if your business does not operate in the US - you choose how and when to settle or convert or pay your suppliers

- Same for any currency YouLi supports that PayPal also supports
- Your customers would like the OPTIONAL convenience of paying via PayPal
NOTE: Enabling PayPal also includes the option to pay directly by credit card or debit card, so your travelers are NOT required to have a PayPal account to pay.
How to get access to PayPal as your payment gateway
This feature is currently in early access, so your request will be reviewed for eligibility. Interested? Submit a Support Ticket. General access will be announced in 2024.

Trip Page & Checkout Flow Optimisations
- As we grow, we need to think about making things faster for more Planners and Travelers. This update includes improvements to the page load times for the TRIP PAGE and CHECKOUT FLOW.
- You and your Travelers should see faster load speeds on those pages. We’d love to hear your feedback to know if we’ve made a difference on your pages.

Bug Fixes & Enhancements
- 💪 8116 - We have removed the "Go to Square dashboard" button since we can't link to the connected Square account and do not want to confuse users who end up on the currently logged-in Square. Reported by Elite Creative Group
- 💪 8115 - Display the connected Square account ID to enable Planners to confirm the connected Square account at the trip level is different. Reported by Elite Creative Group
- 🐞 8425 - Image and file uploads will now link properly from Trip Activity
- 🐞 8203 - Tracking Source and Tracking Medium were being overridden when editing an invitee. This has been fixed going forward, but any data that was overridden cannot be recovered.
- 🐞 7955 - Travelers going on trips from multiple clients would sometimes get an error from MY TRAVEL when accessing a trip on a White Label Domain that was not the one they were logged in with. This has been fixed, so they can access all their trips, regardless of the White Label Domain involved.
- 🐞 8186 - Platform White Label (PWL) branding was lost sometimes when saving changes to a trip. Fixed! Thanks to Bianca from Reho for reporting.
