TIP: Did you know?

When you send a message from Manage Payments, the Magic Link in the email takes the traveler directly to their invoice.

When you send from Manage Task -> Responses the link goes directly to their Tasks.

Pretty handy, eh?

 

🤩 Delete In Progress Stripe Payments

Automation is great! Except when things don't resolve the way you expect.

If you've got an "In Progress" payment via Stripe that should have completed, but is stuck instead - now you can delete it (no more support requests!)!

🐜 FIXED: 8113 - Disconnect from gateway without error

When the gateway (Stripe or Square) had already been disconnected, YouLi threw an error when attempting to disconnect. It will now clear the tokens so you can reconnect. Important when working with multiple gateways in the same account.

 

🐜 FIXED: 8103 - Disconnect single gateway per trip - not across all trips.

When disconnecting a per Trip gateway, it will now disconnect JUST from that Trip. So you can have confidence connecting/disconnecting at the Trip level, knowing it will only impact the trip you are working with.

WARNING: Disconnecting at the account level WILL disconnect across all trips. So if you have Stripe A connected at the account level AND on a Trip B, when disconnected at the account level, the Trip will also be disconnected and credit card payments will no longer be accepted. You can then reconnect Stripe A to Trip B if needed.

🐜 FIXED: 8017 - Copy trip after searching on Dashboard

There was a sneaky bug when you searched for a trip on the dashboard that kept you from copying it. You can now copy and restore and all the good things when you've searched your dashboard.

🐜 FIXED: 8144 - Custom Trip Reports - no more duplicated columns

Introduced last update, some clients were seeing duplicated columns in Custom Trip Reports. Oops!

  • 🐞 8107 - Custom Trip Reports can now split first name and last name
  • 🐞 8162, 8157 - Optimizing email reminders for better performance
  • 🐞 8030 - Standard Passport task fields can be added to Custom Trip Reports
  • 🐞 7836 - Typo fixed in default Group Payment Options when Book Together, Pay Separately configured.
  • 🐞 3354 - Team Admin can now connect and disconnect gateway for the whole account
  • 🐞 8131 - Automated reminder subject lines now have lowercased text:  'DUE SOON' is now 'due soon' as we had complaints it felt like we were yelling at people! 😱
  • 🐞 8132 - Clarified the error on coupons to make it clear that spaces are not allowed
  • 🐞 8095 - Fixed some links to open a support ticket from YouLi 
  • 🐞 8089 - PWL configured domains will now send forgot emails with the correct template
  • 🐞 8117 - TTC Allies will now find Ally Benefits instead of Perks linked from two places
  • 🐞 8158, 8130 - Handled Affiliate report errors when marking commissions as paid or exporting people without packages
