👫 Custom Roles
You know about our Standard Roles, but if you need to provide a more nuanced role, now you can easily request it.
When adding a Trip User, in the drop down to select the role, you can now choose a new option:

➡️ Did you know? You can TRANSFER people to other TRIPS
We have seen many interesting issues as planners cancel someone on one trip and rebook them on another, while the whole time they could have just used the TRANSFER feature from the TripBoard. 😩
Now you'll see the option to TRANSFER in more places:
- TripCRM - hover over the NAME
- Manage Payments - hover over the NAME
Clicking on this will take you to the TripBoard and popup the TRANSFER dialog to pick the TRIP.

❎ Required Fields Always Show As Required
This has been a long time bug, so we are thrilled to fix it!
Previously, if you created a TRIP before you changed your ACCOUNT level required fields ('Require Last Name' and 'Require Phone Number'.) setting, it would not reflect on your existing trips.
NOW it does what you expect. You're welcome 😉
NOTE: This also applies to the Wailist form. So if you aren't requiring those fields, they won't be required for people to join the waitlist.

📌 Duty of Care - See Where Your Travelers Are
Our Operations Hub now includes Duty of Care. The two key features are:
- Destination Updates
- Currently available from smartraveller.gov.au
- Includes option to send emails to TRAVELERS when alerts are received
- "Middle East Conflict" has been added to track updates for that region
- Contact us if you're interested in other feeds
- Traveler Tracking
- An interactive globe showing where your TRAVELERS are (or will be)

🔢 Affiliate Profile Feature Improvements (Orbridge)
- 11390 - Hide tags row from Affiliate Profile Users
- 11297 - Bookings will now be visible by clicking the BOOKED number in the Affiliate Profile TRIPS table. Click the BOOKED pill to close.
- Date of Booking
- Reservation Number
- Names of people in the Reservation
- 11133 - Affiliate Travel Insurance Tasks will now sync properly from the Library
- 11351 - Make the Embed Code styling match Trip Summary

🔢 Delete API Action
Now you can addmanualpayment and then deletemanualpayment in case you did that by mistake.
This is very handy if you're doing a migration to YouLi and need to add/remove payments.
Sorry, you cannot delete a payment made via a payment gateway, only Manual Payments.

- 11312 - After a successful card payment on the Invoice, the TRAVELER is properly dropped back on the INVOICE. It was redirecting them to HIGHLIGHTS.
- 11371 - Fixed the issue that failed to match PNR and Flight Tickets in People Search
- 11325 - Incomplete setup of Bookings Mode led to errors. Now this will leave the TRIP in Brochure Mode.
- 11366 - Payments without allocation caused errors loading the TRIP. Payments without allocations will be treated as $0. - Thanks to Katy at Untold Italy for reporting
- 11332 - Manual payments on Pre/Post tours were showing a failure. FIXED! - Thanks to Andrea at IJO for reporting
- 11362 - Rounding issue with surcharge on Flight Search and Book FIXED! Now showing details about ORIGINAL PAYMENT to avoid mis-correction of the markup. - Thanks to Reho Study Tours for reporting
💪 ENHANCEMENTS
- 11352 - Change from MAX BOOKINGS to MAX (ROOM) INVENTORY to be clearer about what inventory is being managed.

10535 - Hide Activity Feed on TripBoard from Affiliate users. This is a security enhancement to ensure they do not see data they should not have access to.
- 10974 - Reduce the text shown when changing a PACKAGE price. It will now be a summary and a count of the people who qualify for a personalized price. Did you know that you can change a PACKAGE price and lock in the existing price for Booked TRAVELERS?
- 11261 - Support for .HEIC / .HIEF (iPhone image format) uploads to Tasks. These will be clickable to download but won't render inline like other image format
- 11279 - API now allows editing of commission only on Flight Bookings
