Focus Features in this Update:
⚡ New API for Payment made Externally (Manual Payment)
Love the YouLi tools for payments, but still receive payments through channels outside the platform?
If you accept:
- Zelle payments
- Checks
- Platforms like Revolut or Wise
- etc
You can now setup automations to apply those payments to YouLi Trips alongside payments made directly via Stripe, Square, PayPal or Authorize.net
Similar to the tools you have under Manage Payment:
- Record Manual Payment
- Apply Credit
- Record Manual Refund
Use addpayment for improved integration with another gateway or payment platform.
- type = 'payment' : Record a Successful payment made via:
- Donation platform
- Third party gateway we don't integrate with
- Check mailed in
- type = 'credit' : Apply credit
- Use custom logic to decide when to apply certain credits, like:
- Loyalty bonus
- Credit from prior trips
- Cash discount
- type = 'refund' : Record a refund
