Upgrade or connect Stripe to be able to make Trips Public
As we grow, we've found that sometimes free features get abused, so we've had to restrict access to the Public Trip feature.
Not to worry, if you have a paid plan or are connected to a Gateway, you'll still have access to make Public Trips.
If you can no longer make your Trips Public, follow the instructions to Upgrade or connect Stripe to be able to make Trips Public.
You'll see this prompt:
Simply click to:
1. Upgrade to any paid plan
OR
2. Connect to Stripe
Once done, you'll see the Public option
If you do NOT see the option, open a Support Ticket and we'll get you sorted.

โ Planner Payment Notification now uses Proper Label
When you are notified of a payment which defaults to the label "Bank Transfer", it was hardcoded as "Bank Transfer" in the email you received, even if you changed it for your Travelers. It always sent the right label to your Travelers, it was just the email you received that was incorrect.
It will now match the edited version you provide per trip under PRICING, below is shown the default case, but it can be changed to be another label, like "Zelle" or "Bitcoin", etc.

๐ฆ Manage Payments Prompts Improved
YouLi automatically generates invoices for people, and these can be for multiple people (in an invitation group).
But sometimes people don't pay via the Trip Page Invoice, maybe they pay by Check or Bank Transfer or hand you cash. Whatever the reason, you might need to record some payment in Manage Payments and we make that really easy.
Now we've made it clearer what these manual adjustments are doing:
1. Make a Charge (Stripe/Square)
2. Record Manual Payment
3. Apply Credit
4. Manual Refund - this does NOT actually issue a refund, it just records that a refund has been given outside the system.
Special Case: When these actions are taken on a person with an overallocation in an invitation group, the only option presented will be to "Apply Only to This Person", to be clear that it cannot be split.

๐ FIXED: Checkout Flow + Coupons + Group Payment Options
We fixed an issue that was not applying the Coupon properly to the balance in the Payment Schedule table when changing Group Payment Options. It was being applied to the balance in the invoice, just not in the payment schedule table, which caused confusion.
This has been fixed for Checkout Flow for all Payment Schedule Modes.

๐ FIXED: Booking Add-On + Coupons
We fixed an issue that was showing a Traveler as overpaid when they had selected a Booking Add-on and applied a Coupon.
This has been fixed for Manage Payments options and on the Trip Page invoice.

๐จ Trip Page Text Based on Traveler Status
Based on user feedback, we have revised the labels shown above the Trip Name based on the Traveler Status. They are now better aligned to our statuses. You can still edit the text as you see fit.
In the screenshot the "YOU'RE GOING TO" is variable text you can configure based on four different cases noted below.
- Public / Invited
- When someone is viewing a Share Trip Link OR
- When someone has been sent an Invitation and has not yet Registered
- Registered but not Booked
- For Register to Pay flow after someone registers in the first form but has not made a payment yet
- Booked (including free)
- Once they have made at least one payment OR
- Their Pre-Pay total is zero (they are not paying for the trip or it is free for them)
- Declined / Canceled
- When someone declines an invitation OR
- When someone who was Booked is changed to Canceled.
Adjust these settings by clicking the pencil to UPDATE TRIP and then click SETTINGS

๐ช 9729 - If there are people that have responded YES to an Add-on, then it is no longer possible to change the add-on to be another type (included or optional). This protects the Trip from having incorrect Booking Status for Travelers who selected the Add-on since they may have already paid for the item. To make a change, simply remove all responses for the item.

๐ Payment Schedule Smarter Sorting
Previously the Payment Schedule would sort based purely on due date, which could get messy when dynamic dates came into play and people book late. Sometimes the balance would appear above paid installments and other odd cases.
Installments will now sort according to their status for each invoice (personalized to their plan) and THEN their due date:

Fully paid - sort by due date

Part paid - sort by due date

Unpaid - sort by due date

Balance - always at the bottom regardless of any payments/due dates
