Minor Release 2.200 - Security features & Copy Repeat Travelers & Filter Global Booking Report by Past Due/Due in Future

🔢 Planner Copy of Repeat Traveler Profiles - to support easy re-booking

You create incredible experiences that make customers want to return every year (maybe even more often than that!). But they are annoyed they have to re-enter their profile information each time.

NEW: The ability to Copy a Repeat Traveler profile is now available for accounts with Platform White Label (PWL). 

  • From Trip CRM, open the TripBoard, then click on the icon shown below in the red box.
  • Available to Affiliates for Travelers they have registered

Not yet on PWL? Not to worry, you still get the Transfer feature when someone is moving between trips. Learn more about the Transfer feature on TripBoard

Select "Copy a Repeat Traveler" from the popup:

If there are any issues (packages/forms that don't match between the trips) you'll be prompted to accept the mismatch and continue or cancel the copy.

⚠️ Global Bookings Report - filter by Booking & Past Due / Due In Future

Tired of scanning through each Trip for a list of the past due payments? Now you can simply filter across all Trips.

Show only the bookings that have a past due installment.

❌ Blocking Spam Registrations on Register to Pay

No action required, this feature has been automatically added to all accounts.

Spammers get more aggressive and we are always working to close ways they annoy us. This update we have made it harder for them to add registrations to your Register to Pay trips (the ones that don't require payment to register). 

This is done by adding a Captcha to verify that the person completing the form is actually a person. It won't be perfect, but it should reduce spam. Of course, it may also block real humans that are behaving like bots. So if you get any complaints, ask they to try again, or you can register them from the TripCRM and send them an invitation.

🛡️ Choose your Trip Page Authentication/Security Level

Security is important, and it's always a balance with convenience. Now we give you the control to choose the balance that's right for your team.

Requiring login means your customers must make Traveler Accounts on YouLi, which is why we recommend pairing this with Platform White Label (PWL). But if you don't mind your customers being aware of the YouLi platform, you can require login without PWL.

Learn more about the Traveler Account experience, so you can make the right decision.

If you are a Team Owner or Team Admin, you can now control the Trip Page Authentication Settings under Account -> Site Settings. Just scroll down to find this section:

🐞 Bug Fixes & Enhancements

  • 💪 9995 - Affiliates can now view a restricted version of the TripBoard to support access to the Copy feature.
  • 💪 9896 - Manage Highlights & Itinerary: Expand hidden section when search term matches an item that is hidden
  • 💪 9949 - Do not show the payment schedule table on Trip Page Invoice if the person is Canceled to avoid confusion about unpaid installments.
  • 💪 10004 - Clarify that Inventory is for bookings (not people), to prepare for the Min/Max people per trip feature coming soon. max number bookings
  • 🐞 9928 - No payment required registration status was not always updating as BOOKED on a $0 package if the person was invited instead of booking via Checkout Flow. FIXED! Thanks to Reho for reporting
  • 🐞 9960 - If there are duplicate Task responses, show only the Planner Response for one so it doesn't show as PENDING RESPONSE. Thanks to Live N Learn for reporting.
  • 🐞 9979 - In some cases Transferred Travelers were counting as BOOKED. This applies to the Trip Dashboard, Global Booking Report, and Trip CRM. Thanks to Solo Female Travelers for reporting
  • 🐞 10023 - Dismissing upgrade prompts should only clear the message being dismissed.
  • 🐞 9996 - Cleanup of the way files are copied for Transfer and Copy Repeat Traveler profile.
