Last week YouLi got behind with reminders, starting from June 16th.😱
Now we are all caught up. 😅
Due to the delay, some of your travelers may not get all 3 scheduled reminders, they might only get 1 or 2.
So be sure to check your trips and use SEND MESSAGE from Manage People, Manage Tasks or Manage Payments to send reminders to those who have not completed the essential task or payment.
You can also update the due date on tasks or payments if the date has passed, that way the automation will pick up those who have not finished and send them reminders (don't worry, it won't remind those who have finished it!)
