How-to: Enable 'Also Respond For' option on Tasks
While waiver forms and passports cannot be completed together, often there are things like Travel Insurance or Flight Info that is the same for everyone in the same booking. Make it easy for them to "Also Respond For" the other people in their invitation group
COMING IN 2.222 - May 2026 to ALL PLANS
You all love the "group within groups" feature we call Invitation Groups, and now it just got better!
If you want to allow completion of a task for everyone in the booking (Invitation Group), then this feature is for you.
You as a Planner will have the ability to set a Task to enable this option.

If enabled:
-
Your Travelers will see the option to:
-
Respond with exact same information for: [companion name]
-
-
The option is off by default - the Traveler must click to use the feature.
-
If they check the box, then they don't have to complete the task again if the information is the same for the other people in their group.
- They will be prompted to confirm they want to respond to everyone in their Invitation Group
-
- This option only shows when people are in an invitation group. So solo travelers won't see it, even if the option is enabled
The data is copied for each person in the group, but document attachments are NOT duplicated.
If disabled:
-
Profile & Registration forms or Passport forms do not allow this option
- Otherwise, the Traveler will see a friendly message to guide them on how to complete the form for others in the group: [Companion name] need to complete their form - go to [PeopleTabLabel] to respond for them.
- Example: Jonathan Worther needs to complete their form - go to Adventurers to respond for them.
TIP: Encourage your Travelers to use this for their Flight Details task when everyone in the booking is on the same flight. You can update your Task instructions to mention it.
Supported Task Response Types
All task response types are supported, except for:
- Profile & Registration
- Passport
That's because these are always specific to individuals, so we don't want you to accidentally allow people to submit incorrect information. You're welcome!
