We understand that your business may run into unexpected changes, so please connect with us if you need to cancel your subscription.
Are you wanting to downgrade your subscription?
- Review our Cancellation Policy to see if you are eligible
- Open a ticket with our Support Team to make a request to either:
- Downgrade to Explorer (if you expect to take bookings again)
- Delete your YouLi account and all associated data
