Are you wanting to downgrade or cancel your YouLi subscription?
WARNING: Until you upgrade back to a premium plan, we will disable your Team Members and delete any Trip Coordinators, before archiving all of your Trips (so you and your Travelers won’t have access to them until you restart your subscription).
Furthermore, if you have White Label Domain on your account, your links will stop working once your account is downgraded.
- Review our Cancellation Policy
- Click to Account -> User Profile
- Find your current Plan and click the MANAGE MY PLAN button
- That will open a Customer Portal where you can
- CANCEL or change your plan
- Change your credit card (click the pencil next to the card)
- Access your Invoices (scroll down below BILLING INFORMATION
- Click "Cancel plan" button to cancel at the end of your subscription period
- That will open a Customer Portal where you can
Delete your YouLi account and all associated data
We will automatically remove accounts after inactivity at our discretion, but we do recommend you request permanent deletion if you do not intend to return.
