How-to: Control Access to Make Bookings and Trips with the right Authentication level

Depending on your customers and corporate policy, you can now decide what level of authentication is required to access Trip Pages from Account -> Site Settings.

If you are a Team Owner or Team Admin, you can now control the Trip Page Authentication Settings under Account -> Site Settings. Just scroll down to find this section:

The default option is Magic Link, which does not require login, but it is encouraged.

  1. No Login Required - Magic Links
  2. Only Require Login after booking
  3. Require Login before booking - select this option if:
    1. You have Platform White Label and loyal customers
    2. You want to drive more adoption of AutoPay during Checkout

Redirect to Signup

As of 2.201

When the user is redirected because they are not logged in and it is required (per option #2 or #3 above), they will be redirected to the Sign Up screen to make an account.

They can click to Login if they have an account, or make an account so they can continue.

Platform White Label is recommended to avoid the YouLi branding in this user flow. This option also allows for customization of the login/signup prompts to use your terms.
