How-to: Change Affiliate Source
Do you have an affiliate claiming they sent you a booking that isn't appearing in their report? Check that the booking has the right source and fix it as needed.
🤩 Assign or Change Affiliate Source
If your affiliates use the right link, then you won't need to do this. But we all know that sometimes automated tracking gets it wrong.
Now you can go to your Trip CRM and click to EDIT your traveler to set the Affiliate Source by hand. This will reflect in the reporting for your Affiliate and allow them to manage the bookings.
