How to: Set Up Automated Early Bird Pricing

Do you offer early bird pricing? This trick allows you to automatically apply a discount when your Traveler registers before the deadline.

1. Click on MANAGE HIGHLIGHTS & ITINERARY

2. Click on ADD ITEM

3. Give your item a name

This is a highlight - travelers will see it on their trip page and their invoice, so make sure you give it a creative name that you are okay with them seeing.

4. Select Add-On: shown on invoice

5. Enter the discount amount

We are using an Add-on to offer a discount. Make sure you input a NEGATIVE amount!

6. Click on RESPONSE DUE DATE (INCLUSIVE)

Set the response date to be the final day you will offer the discount. If you set the date to December 1st, then Travelers will be able to get the discount on the first but not on the second.
