How-to: Assign Your Traveler to a Category

Traveler Categories allow you to create personalized experiences based on the TYPE of Traveler, it's easy to assign and then they will see all the things configured for that Category

How to manually assign a Traveler Category

1. How to assign a Traveler Category

  • Go to MANAGE PEOPLE & REPORTS

  • Hover over the Traveler and click EDIT

2. Select the Category from the drop-down

  • Scroll until you see CATEGORY

  • Select the Category you want to assign the Traveler

  • Click UPDATE

Select the Category from the drop-down

 

 

 

NOTE: If you do not see CATEGORY as an option, your plan does not include Categories.

If you do see the field, but not any categories, you can configure them under your Account if you are the Owner or Admin. 

How to Automatically Assign Traveler Categories

You can link Traveler Categories to Packages so that once a person books onto that Package, they will automatically be assigned to the right Traveler Category and immediately see the correct Itinerary and Task Items.
