How-to: Assign Your Traveler to a Category

NOTE: Traveler categories are not available on all plans. If you have Traveler categories, contact us so we can enable them.

1. How to assign a Traveler Category

  • Go to MANAGE PEOPLE & REPORTS

  • Hover over the Traveler and click EDIT

2. Select the Category from the drop-down

  • Scroll until you see CATEGORY

  • Select the Category you want to assign the Traveler

  • Click UPDATE

Select the Category from the drop-down

 

NOTE: If you do not see CATEGORY as an option, your plan does not include Categories. If you do see Category as an option, but you do not have any Categories to select from, you need to contact us to enable your specific Catagories.
