Why Use $0 Packages?

  Allow interested travelers to register and join a waitlist without payment.

• Migrating from Another Platform
  Easily transfer travelers over by having them complete a registration form only.

• Collecting Registrations Without Payment
  Use the full Checkout Flow without requiring payment upfront.

• Flexible Add-On Options
  Start with a $0 base package and let travelers build their own experience with paid add-ons.

How-to: Add a new $0 Package:

1. Under UPDATE TRIP > Pricing > Add PACKAGE
2. Set $0 package

   1. Set the package LABEL to "Waitlist".

   2. Keep the PRICING MODE as default.

   3. The PRICE PER PERSON will default to $0.

      

How to use $0 Package 

• When the Traveler goes to book the TRIP, they will see this:
  
• After checkout, travelers will still be able to see all the menu items and tasks. They can also select add-ons, if available.
  • This means you can collect all the information you need during the checkout flow without requiring payment.
  • For trips that allow travelers to build their own experience through add-ons, this approach can be especially helpful.
• You can create a hidden $0 package to assign to your trip lead or team member so they don’t have to pay but can still experience the trip as a traveler. This is also useful for testing purposes.
