How to reset your password for a trip you are attending

 

Your Trip Planner is the company that is planning your trip; it is best to check with them when you are having issues, as they can see the information you cannot. Your Trip Planner can check what email you signed up with as well as send you your personal MAGIC LINK (a link to access your TRIP PAGE)

 

If you only need to access your TRIP PAGE, ask your trip Planner for your MAGIC LINK, and this will take you directly to your Trip Page.

 

Note: Some trips require Travelers to log in; you cannot just click your Magic Link. If your Magic Link takes you to a login page, you can enter your information to log in. If you do NOT have a password, click FORGOT PASSWORD.

Having trouble resetting your password?

 

  1. Why did I not get an email when I clicked FORGOT PASSWORD?
    1. Just because you are going on a TRIP does not mean you have an account; try creating an account using the email you signed up with, and you will see your Trip!

  2. I have an account; why am I still not getting the email?
    1. Sometimes emails go to spam; try searching for 'reset password' or check your spam inbox.
    2. Is it possible you signed up using a different email address? Try contacting your Trip Planner and asking what email they have on file for you.
  3. I am getting an invalid token error; why?
    1. This means the link expired. You need to make sure you reset it right after triggering the email. Try triggering a new password reset email by clicking FORGOT PASSWORD.
