Can't Find a Trip as a Planner?

Don’t fret — here are a few quick things to check

1. Check the "Past" Quick Filter

Trips that have already taken place automatically move out of the Active view.

For example:

If your trip was called "Teachers Weekend" and it just finished, it may now appear under Past instead of Active.

To find it:

  1. Go to Trip Dashboard
  2. Click the Active tab at the top
  3. Select Past from the Quick Filter options

This is the most common reason planners can't find a trip.


2. Check Archived Trips

If the trip still isn’t visible, it may have been archived.

3. Confirm You're in the Right Account

Sometimes planners accidentally create trips under a different:

  • Team
  • Account
  • Login email

Try:

  • Logging out and back in
  • Checking with your team owner
  • Confirming you're in the correct Team
