How-to: Automatically add BCC for all sent emails

Using the BCC feature, YouLi enables tighter integration with your CRM—ensuring that all communications are automatically stored and tracked, even if the messages originate within YouLi!

This feature is included with White Label Email Sending (WLES).

Configure under Account -> Site Settings

Scroll down below your "White Label Domain" to find the field

  • BCC for All Sent Messages (comma separated list of emails)

Enter the email (or a comma separated list of emails) that should receive a copy of every email we send to people on trips.

This does NOT include messages sent to Planners, like Affiliate invitations, Co-Planner invitations, Task Completion alerts, etc.

Troubleshooting

Not seeing the option?

You probably don't have White Label Email Sending (WLES) configured.  If it is included in your plan, then open a support request.

If it is not on your plan, upgrade to activate WLES. This can take 1-2 weeks to configure.
