If you have any questions regarding your trip—for example, requesting to join the waitlist, adding another family member, transferring to another trip, or requesting a refund—please contact your Trip Planner listed on your Trip Page.

Find your trip planner via your Trip EmailsIf you cannot access your Trip Page for any reason, check the reminder or any trip-related email you’ve received. Normally, you can find your planner’s email there, or simply reply to that email to contact them.
