Is the Notify Planner/Pay Now Button not appearing?
If you had a Traveler report that they do not have the option to make their payment, this might be why.
Where is the PAY NOW or NOTIFY PLANNER button?
- Is the NOTIFY PLANNER or PAY NOW button not appearing for your Travelers when they go to check out?
- Your Travelers cannot check out until they have selected one of the options under MAKE A PAYMENT NOW and CHOOSE A PAYMENT METHOD. After BOTH have been completed, your Traveler will get the option to make a payment or notify the trip planner.
