This will break all your trip links. Any support related to broken DNS will result in a charge starting at US$120. **NOTE**: If you use **Stripe** as your payment gateway, we recommend connecting Stripe before configuring your WLD. This helps avoid OAuth-related connection issues and reduces the need for manual troubleshooting. Yes! Both the White Label Domain and the youli.io domain will work and show the same up-to-date content. So if you already published links on social media or sent emails, those links will still work. #### Is it safe to switch to a White Label Domain anytime? - Yes, absolutely! Better yet, it's included as part of our **Venture** and **Enterprise** plans, so [book in a sales call to learn more.](https://meetings.hubspot.com/jennifer-fein/enterprise-request-call?utm_source=zendesk&utm_campaign=ENTERPRISE) - Additionally, you can add it to an annual **PRO** plan. Just [open a Support Request ticket](https://support.youli.io/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) to upgrade and start setting up your domain. #### What set up is required? - If YouLi does not host your DNS, then we'll ask you to add a few DNS records to point the domain to our servers. - Don't worry! If you don't know how to do that, we can do it for you for a support fee. #### Will this impact my website's SEO? Yes! In a good way. 😍 You do NOT need to duplicate your Trip Page content on your website, that's part of the value of a White Label Domain. Yes! As long as the chat app provides a snippet of code that can be inserted on a webpage, we can embed it on all your Trip Pages. Facebook Messenger can work if you don't want to pay for a chat app.  The way the chat looks and behaves is usually controlled in your chat app dashboard - YouLi simply embeds the code so that it appears. No, we do not offer domain registration services. There are many service providers, and we recommend you use one you're familiar with or that your tech advisors recommend. ### Pair this with White Label Email Sending ([WLES](https://support.youli.io/white-label-email-sending-from-domain?hsLang=en)) The sub-domain that hosts your TRIP PAGES is different from the one you send from for emails via YouLi.   #### When you have just WLD: Typically your WLD will be a sub-domain like: - **trips.adventure.travel** When you do NOT have WLES, we send FROM: - FROM: no-reply**@youli.io** - REPLY-TO: info**@adventure.travel** You can have WLD and WLES or just one or the other. In most cases, no. Due to Stripe OAuth verification limitations, the connection may fail when initiated from a WLD or PWLD. #### How do I connect Stripe if my WLD is already live? Use the workaround above by logging into **youli.io** with the same user account, connecting Stripe there, and then returning to your WLD.
