How-to: Update Your Billing Information or Downgrade Your YouLi Subscription
We understand that your business may run into unexpected changes, so please connect with us if you need to downgrade or change the card that you make your subscription payments with.
Do you need to update your credit card that is on file with YouLi, which auto-pays your subscription?
- Click to ACCOUNT from your dashboard
- Under USER PROFILE click MANAGE BILLING
Are you wanting to downgrade your subscription?
- Review our Cancellation Policy to see if you are eligible
- Open a ticket with our Support Team to make a request to either: downgrade to Explorer (if you expect to take bookings soon), go on a data storage plan, or delete your YouLi account and all associated data.
