What to do if your Invitee is still showing as NOT VIEWED?

If an Invited Person has not viewed your invitation, this could be for a few reasons:


1) The email hasn’t been sent

Check the last email date to see if it says "NOT SENT" like Kevin in the screenshot below. If there is a date like for Darcie, check how long ago it was and try sending the invite again.



2) The email went to spam!

I know, this sucks, but it happens on any automated system.

It can help to send a message out to your people from your personal account letting them know to look for and "whitelist" the from address. You can share this link to explain how to do this for different computers: https://www.campaignmonitor.com/resources/guides/whitelisting/

Once people find and whitelist the email the first time, it is likely to be delivered to the inbox for them and others.

We have options for customizing the email sending domain for premium subscriptions, but this is typically not necessary for emails to be delivered to the inbox.

For first time invitations, we recommend grabbing the magic link (click the magic wand next to their name) and emailing it directly or sending via your fav messenger app. Watch the video to see how easy it is!

If you have too many people to do this by hand, make your trip Public (not Listed) and share the link to your group through other channels. They can then register on the Public Travel Page without you having to inviting them manually. You can then change the trip back to Private when everyone is registered.


3) The person doesn’t want to respond via email/web.

Some people are still old fashioned. You can give them a call if you have their number and then record their response in YouLi so you have it in one place

Remember you can always hover over their name and click VIEW AS to respond to all tasks and optional items as the invited person.
