What is a Co-Planner?

Add a Co-planner when someone will be helping plan and manage your trip but are not a Team Member.


What is the difference between a Co-planner and a Team Member?

Co-Planners and Team Members have different levels of access to your trips. Some things a Team Member can do Co-Planner cannot. Team Members are members of your team, Someone whom you want to have access to all your trips.

What can a Co-Planner do?

  • Edit and add itinerary items and highlights
  • Create and manage TASKS
  • Send messages and invites to Travelers
  • View Traveler payment information
  • Be listed as a contact

What can't Co-Planners do?

  • Edit the information on the cost of your trips. They cannot edit anything under the PRICING tab. This includes adding & editing packages.
  • Push to Xero
